AI Updates and Applications

Well, AI hasn’t slowed down from last month and is going to ramp up as we go into Q3, so it is time to apply this tool as we did with the internet when it started.  With all technology advances there is change. Bad things that come with the good, and mental shifts we must make to think differently.  Well, we are here and it's time to think differently.

Here's how you can utilize it:

  1. Content Creation & Editing: You can use ChatGPT to draft and edit content. It can help you brainstorm ideas or even provide an initial draft for your writing tasks.
  2. Learning Aid: It can explain complex subjects in simpler terms and assist in self-study efforts. You can ask it almost anything and it tries to provide an understandable answer.
  3. Language Translation: It's quite handy if you need to translate between languages.
  4. Entertainment: Want to play a text-based game or need a character for a story? ChatGPT is up for it!

There are a few things to keep in mind though:

  1. Limitations: It's a really smart tool, but it's not perfect. Sometimes, it can make mistakes or produce outputs that are nonsensical. It's based on text it has been trained on, so it doesn't have personal experiences or beliefs.
  2. Ethical Use: It's important to use ChatGPT responsibly. It shouldn't be used for creating misleading or harmful content.
  3. Privacy: ChatGPT doesn't remember conversations between uses or use them to improve future responses. However, it's best not to share sensitive personal information.
  4. Professional Advice: It's a great learning aid but should not replace professional advice in specialized areas like medicine, law, etc.

Action Item

  • Use ChatGPT or Bing for ONE THING you are working on EVERYDAY
  • Make it a HABIT to ask ChatGPT/Bing for something you are thinking about

Thats it for now, just start using it ONE-TIME a Day.  The power of One Thing will help you with this change we must all get used to, just like we did with the internet 😊.
Enjoy the Journey,

Craig C. Sroda
