Leadership & Learning from Craig

Happy March Everyone !!!

Well, our personal and business life is more dynamic than ever since the birth of AI. It’s been moving pretty fast and, as I have said in previous newsletters, it is important to start using AI in your everyday life – both personal and professional. I have been using Microsoft CoPilot for a while now and some really nice features were recently released.

A quick example that I just used was the image/picture feature. I opened CoPilot, hit the picture icon and took a picture of a few shelves of our pantry and asked it to create a high protein dinner. The response was dinner examples with instructions on how to create dinner. It read the boxes, figured out high protein items, and told me options and how to do it. Pretty cool and powerful to have this at our fingertips.

So, the time is now to start adopting this in our everyday life. I would just start with the free copilot app on your phone, next step would be to purchase Copilot for Microsoft 365 to enable all your office products like excel, word, etc. to streamline your professional life.

Here is a quick overview of What CoPilot is and some examples than can be helpful.
