Leadership & Learning

Quotes to Note

“Most leaders delegate tasks, but the best leaders delegate authority” – Craig Groeschel
“If everything feels under control, you aren’t going fast enough” – Mario Andretti
“Greatness if found in the extremes” – Craig Groeshel
Last month I helped teach an Executive Forums annual retreat.  This retreat was for business owners, leaders, and aspiring leaders to take a step back and be intentional about their habits professionally and personally. We all have good and bad habits; some we want to start or others we want to stop.  Being intentional about these habits impacts who we become.
Habit Stacking was a big take away from the retreat – this is where you add a good habit to an existing habit, so it sticks and becomes a new habit.  One of my habits I developed many years ago was podcast listening when I work out.  Last month, Craig Groeschel’s’ Leadership Podcast opened my mind to new ways to be a better person and leader.
We must continually stay on top of technology shifts, which we hope this newsletter will help.  We also hope adding a few personal and professional growth nuggets will help with your growth balance and mindset.  We encourage you to listen to this podcast along with the previous podcast - Part 1.

Thanks - Craig C. Sroda
