
Craig C. Sroda is the CEO and founder of VCIO Global. He has over 35 years of experience in the technology field, spanning various roles and industries. He has a passion for helping businesses leverage technology to achieve their goals and grow their potential.
Craig's entrepreneurial journey began in 1996, when he founded Pinnacle of Indiana, a leading IT consulting firm that specialized in Microsoft ERP & CRM Implementations, IT Services, Agile Development and Integration, and Business Intelligence. He led Pinnacle for 19 years, growing it from a startup to a successful company with over 65 employees and 400 clients. He sold Pinnacle in 2017 and launched VCIO Global, his current venture, to focus on his vision of providing strategic technology guidance and leadership coaching to businesses on their digital transformation journey.
Craig is not only a technology expert, but also a mentor and an author. He is passionate about self-awareness and intentional living, helping others to identify and use their natural strengths. He has written three books on these topics: Intentional Living, Leadership, and Life Planning.
When Craig is not working on his business or mentoring others, he likes to spend his spare time outdoors and with his family. He enjoys fishing, exercising, and taking part in various activities on the St Joseph River. He also loves to travel to Nashville TN, home to two of his daughters and 3 of his grandchildren. Craig is happily married to his wife of 33 years, and they have three daughters and three grandchildren who bring joy and laughter to their lives.

Tony Darden is a 30+ year experienced Information Technology executive, working in manufacturing and foodservice industries, both domestic and international across 10 countries, helping to align IT and business strategy while transforming technology into a powerful tool that increases profitability, productivity, and competitive edge. During his early years as a software developer, he created an order entry and menu management system for the foodservice industry, which led to the formation of SalesPro Technologies, where that system was marketed and sold in North America. His most recent chapter was with a global manufacturer, helping to build an IT strategy and team to support the 4x growth the company went through during his tenure.

As the IT leader for a dynamic and entrepreneurial specialty food brand, she was pivotal in driving the organization’s growth, guiding its technology and business systems strategies through a remarkable 40-fold expansion. Andrea also successfully led the integration of six acquisitions over four years, contributing to a 30% increase in corporate revenues, the addition of four facilities, and the onboarding of more than 200 new employees.
Andrea, a champion of fostering a culture that embraces technology, emphasizes collaboration across functional areas while ensuring the process remains engaging and enjoyable. Grace Radebaugh is a project manager at VCIO Global. Prior to her current position, Grace honed her organizational and management skills as an executive assistant to Craig Sroda. Her transition from executive assistant to project manager has given her the edge in orchestrating projects with precision and a personal touch.
Before embarking on her journey in the corporate world, Grace had a 7-year career teaching high school Spanish. Her time as a teacher was instrumental in developing communication skills and a knack for managing projects. These skills have been crucial in her success as a project manager, allowing her to effectively coordinate teams, manage resources, and ensure the successful completion of projects for our clients.
Grace's academic background includes a Bachelor's degree from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and a Master's degree from Lipscomb University.
Outside of her professional life, Grace cherishes the time spent with her husband and son and enjoys traveling and exploring new cultures. Grace is also actively involved in her church, enjoys cooking for family and friends, and has a growing “craft closet” to house various creative projects.

Abbi Maginnis has a background in finance, where she worked as a licensed assistant with life/health insurance and securities licenses. She loves helping the VCIO Global team and their clients achieve their goals and optimize their processes through project coordination and calendar planning.
Abbi is married to Colton and is the mother to their 3-year-old son Lennon. They love traveling, spending time at the lake, and playing (winning) ping pong tournaments. They are also very active in their church, where they serve and fellowship with their friends. Abbi and her husband live in Nashville, Tennessee, where they enjoy the vibrant music scene and the fun opportunities to explore their city.

Aimee brings more than 25 years of expertise in business, business systems and project management, having contributed significantly to numerous successful initiatives. Her background includes Warehouse Management System (WMS) projects, CRM implementations, and multiple Business Central/NAV upgrades. She excels at solving complex challenges, supporting her team, and driving process improvements that leave a lasting mark. With a balance of encouragement and meticulous attention to detail, Aimee effectively guides teams toward achieving their goals.
Nearly three decades spent in the food manufacturing industry—spanning diverse sales channels and global distribution—have shaped Aimee Rideout’s career. Over 27 years, she held various leadership roles, such as Customer Service Manager, Senior B2B Account Manager, Distribution Manager, and Director of Sales. Her extensive operational experience and strategic perspective have made her an invaluable resource to colleagues across departments.
Away from work, Aimee lives in Southern Maine with her husband and their two dogs, Penny and Chauncey. She is a proud mother to one son and enjoys the distinct seasons in New England. A devoted fan of local sports teams like the Red Sox, Celtics, and New England Patriots, she regularly gathers family and friends for celebrations.
